Prior to the moon

A detailed study of the moon, compiled for the next decade, involves the realization of the two cuts on its surface, an orbital expedition and return to earth perspective of the samples of lunar soil. Projects will be carried out in wider international cooperation.

Russian lunar program for exploration of the Moon was presented at the Third International Symposium Moscow for solar system research, which was held recently at the Institute of Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Lunar exploration plan was presented by Academician Lev Zelionij, Director of the Institute of the above mentioned.

First unique project "Moon-Globe" is now divided into two parts: Orbital reduction apparatus and appliances, with issuance in 2015 and 2016 respectively. The first project will focus on the processing of soft reduction technologies (landing), while the orbital will be more interesting in terms of lunar research. Planned orbital camera "Moon-Globe" to work on consistency in three orbits at altitudes of 50, 150 and 500 kilometers. These three heights are necessary for various scientific experiments, in particular, for the study of cosmic ray particles to ultra high energies (ultrahigh).

In 2017 is planned to be carried out on the Moon reducing cosmic apparatus "Moon-Resource" which will become present in meaningful research station administration. Mass of scientific instruments will be about two times higher than that of the apparatus aterues "Moon-Globe". And, finally, the most important stage of the program should be done on earth behavior of lunar soil (project "Luna-Grunt" ("Moon-Soil"), which, if everything will be good throughout, planned be implemented in 2019, though, as conceded Lev Zelionij, preparation of the project itself to this date is impregnated with a certain risk.

"Moon-Globe", "moon-Resource" will be realized in cooperation with Europe. European Space Agency (covetousness.with European Space Agency, ESA) has also stated recently on a plan to provide behavior on earth lunar soil in the years 2020-2022. In a sense, the forerunner of the project and must be it "moon-Resource".

ESA will provide for this project drilling installation (probe). A problem requiring solution is also taken for analysis of lunar soil samples from a depth of 1.5-2 meters, which should not be contaminated by the products of labor engine landing. International cooperation is also possible in other parts of the project: from design of experiments and their implementation on board the spaceship appliances ended their joint processing.
